<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mascara applicator capable of combing eyelashes into a state where the eyelashes are radially expanded. <P>SOLUTION: In this mascara applicator 10, an application part 12 applying a mascara cosmetic comprises: an application part shaft 20; and a plurality of annular comb teeth 21 arranged along the application part shaft 20. When viewing the application part shaft 20 side-on, annular comb tooth groups respectively positioned in a front region 12F and a rear region 12R sandwiching a long direction central region 12C of the application part 12 are inclined toward the central region 12C. Inclination directions of the annular comb tooth groups positioned in the respective front region 12F and rear region 12R are opposite.
