摘要 An air-conditioning apparatus is disclosed in which a refrigerant circuit is formed by connecting, by a refrigerant pipe, a compressor 10 that discharges a zeotropic refrigerant including a plurality of components with different boiling points, an outdoor-side heat exchanger 12 that exchanges heat between outside air and the refrigerant, a first expansion device 51 that regulates the pressure of the refrigerant, and a load-side heat exchanger 50 that exchanges heat between the air in an air-conditioning target space and the refrigerant. The air-conditioning apparatus includes a controller 40 that has a composition computing function unit 40A and a composition determining function unit 40B. The composition computing function unit 40A is configured to compute a circulating composition that represents the value of composition of each component in the refrigerant circulating through the refrigerant circuit. The composition determining function unit 40B is configured to determine whether or not the computation result of the composition computing function unit 40A is correct, adopt a predetermined value set in advance and related to composition as a circulating composition if the computation result is determined as incorrect, and adopt the computation result as the circulating composition if the computation result is determined as correct.
