The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device with a micro cavity light emitting structure, capable of improving a lifetime and light emission efficiency and reducing power consumption. The organic light emitting device including a micro cavity between a first electrode and a second electrode according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a first light emitting unit which includes a common blue light emitting material layer which is commonly formed on a plurality of pixels to emit light with different wavelength bands, a red light emitting material layer which emits the light with the different wavelength bands, a second light emitting unit which includes a green light emitting material layer and a blue light emitting material layer, a charge generating layer which is formed between the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit, a first electrode which is composed of a reflection electrode and supplies the charges of a first polarity to the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit, and a second electrode which is composed of a semitransparent electrode and supplies the charges of a second polarity to the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit. |
