The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of chitosan-Ag nanoparticle composites by the following steps of adding an Ag ionic solution to a chitosan solution; agitating or making the same react with each other, and a manufacturing method of sheet or fiber, which uses the manufactured chitosan-Ag nanoparticle composites in fiber or sheet, thereby enabling mechanical properties and antibacterial effects of fibers or sheets to increase.
