The present invention relates to a method for measuring activity level of thioredoxin (TRX) in the body by using a good detection sensitivity reagent for releasing fluorescent substances and, more specifically, a method for measuring activity level of thioredoxin (TRX) in samples by measuring absorbance of fluorescent substance made from the reaction of thioredoxin in the sample wherein the method for measuring activity level of thioredoxin (TRX) in samples is allowed to measure thioredoxin of 0.01 m unit or less, and accordingly has detection sensitivity 100 times or more than that of existing methods, thereby measuring the activity level of thioredoxin (TRX) in a simple manner and having an outstanding reproducibility. |
