The present invention relates to a rotatable shield and a headlamp having the same. The rotatable shield comprises: a rotary shaft; and a left hand drive (LHD) class E beam pattern protrusion, an LHD class C beam pattern protrusion, a class V beam pattern protrusion, a right hand drive (RHD) Class C beam pattern protrusion, and an RHD class E beam pattern protrusion to protrude from the outer circumference of the rotary shaft, wherein the rotary shaft rotates to set an initial angle having the LHD class C beam pattern protrusion or the RHD Class C beam pattern protrusion as a starting point when entering a traffic change mode. Therefore, the headlamp allows the rotatable shield to be shifted and used in accordance with regions where drivers drive on the left or right-hand side of a road. |
