The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fried chicken including a preparation step, a paste step, a battering step, a dusting step, and a frying step. A chicken is salted and matured in the preparation step. The preparation step comprises: a mixing step of manufacturing a compound including beer, salt, and natural seasoning; a grinding step of manufacturing a ground material by grinding an onion, a garlic, pepper, sugar, mustard, and a ginger; a salting step of mixing the compound and the ground material with the chicken and salting the chicken; and a maturing step of maturing the salted chicken. In the paste step, a batter is manufactured by battering a fried powder including flour with cold water. In the battering step, the chicken which passes the preparation step is coated with the batter. In the dusting step, the chicken which passes the battering step is coated with a crispy powder including turmeric. In the frying step, the chicken which passes the dusting step is fried. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a fried chicken enables to increase texture and a taste of flesh of the fried chicken while using a natural ingredient, and to reinforce a nutritious component of the fried chicken. |
