<p>The present invention relates to a rubber composition for adhering to a tire steel cord and tires manufactured by using the same wherein the composition has 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of fatty acid whose carbon numbers are 16 to 20, and 0.5-3 parts by weight of fatty acid ester based compound whose molecular weight is not less than 300 g/mol, thereby improving sticky phenomenon on rolling rolls without decreasing adhesive force between the rubber for tires and steel cords and blooming phenomenon after rolling, leading to productivity.</p> |
