The present invention relates to a porous body with improved processability and a manufacturing and a processing method thereof wherein the manufacturing method of the porous body with improved processability comprises the steps of preparing monomers or part polymers in a melting state or melting resins; immersing the porous body in the monomers or part polymers in a melting state or melting resins and permeating the resin into porosities on the porous body; and hardening or coagulating the permeated resin in the porous body with use of optical polymerization, thermal polymerization or cooling method, thereby accurately processing high porous bone substitues with high porosity rate.
