The present invention relates to a tension adjustable wheel with an integrated spoke and, more specifically, relates to a tension adjustable wheel with an integrated spoke to allow the tension adjustment of a wheel with an integrated spoke, wherein a spoke is integrated with a rim and a hub shell. According to the present invention, the tension adjustable wheel with an integrated spoke comprises: a rim; a left hub shell through which a hub shaft passes; a left spoke arranged between the left hub shell and the rim; a right hub shell separated from the left hub shell by facing the left hub shell; a left spoke arranged between the right hub shell and the rim; a tension adjustable spacer arranged between the left and right hub shells; and a pair of fixating units to join the tension adjustable spacer to the left and right hub shells.
