<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high shear device and a high shear method, by which high speed rotation is carried out in the high shear of a polymer material and the temperature control is carried out by rapidly responding to rapid temperature change to efficiently disperse and mix the polymer material to a nano level. <P>SOLUTION: The high shear device, for dispersing and mixing the polymer material at the nano level, includes: a high shear part, provided with an inner feedback type screw so as to perform high speed rotation in a material heating cylinder, and giving high shear stress to a plasticized polymer material by rotating the inner feedback type screw at a high speed; a cooling means 40, for lowering the temperature of the polymer material in the material heating cylinder; a torque sensor 44, for detecting the torque of a drive source for driving the inner feedback type screw; a rotation number sensor 60, for detecting the umber of rotation of the inner feedback type screw; and a cooling temperature control means 45, for controlling the temperature of the polymer material by the cooling means 40 according to the torque and the number of rotation detected by the torque sensor 44 and the rotation number sensor 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
