<p>The invention provides a processing device capable of carrying no expensive linear scale unit but utilizing cheap mechanism to realize high precision positioning. The processing device is provided with a movable part; a movable component including a motor and a ball screw; and a control component used for controlling the movable component. The processing device is provided with a simple scale unit used for detecting a condition that the movable part moves from an initial point of a reference distance to a terminal point. The control component includes a rotation angle storage part stored in a predetermined time to make the motor rotate, thereby making the movable part move from the initial point of the reference distance to the terminal point; a unit rotation angle moving distance computating part computating the moving distance of the movable part corresponding to each unit rotation according to the rotation angle and the reference distance; a rotation angle computating part computating the rotation angle required for moving the movable part for the predetermined distance based on the moving distance corresponding to each unit rotation; and a motor control part making the movable part move for the predetermined distance according to the rotation angle that the motor rotates.</p> |
