<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any setting mistake by reducing operation steps in the case of setting a parameter. <P>SOLUTION: A parameter setting device includes: a template registration part 11 for registering at least a system template for specifying the default value of a parameter associated with the type of a device 3 and a job template for specifying the default value of a parameter associated with the use of the device 3 in a template DB 14 for each device 3; an object determination part 12 for determining the device 3 as the setting object of the parameter; and a parameter writing part 15 for writing the default value of the parameter specified to either the system template or the job template registered in association with the determined device in a parameter DB 15 for storing the parameter associated with the determined device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
