The present invention relates to a vehicle axle, a method for manufacturing the same and a coating agent coated on a contact portion of a vehicle axle reducing friction between a ball joint and a contact surface of a hub bearing. According to the present invention, the coating agent containing poly tetra fluoro ethylene (PTFE) is coated on a contact portion between the ball joint (1) and the hub bearing (2). The method for manufacturing the vehicle axle comprises: a sand blasting step (S110) of removing foreign substances of the contact portion between the hub bearing (2) and the ball joint (1); a coating agent injection step (S120) of injecting the coating agent to the contact portion between the hub bearing (2) and the ball joint (1); and a drying step (S130) of drying the hub bearing (2) and the ball joint (1) to be hardened. The present invention comprises: the coating agent; a solvent; a binder; and an inorganic substance. |
