<p>An apparatus of manufacturing quantum dot solar cells according to the present invention comprises a transparent electrode layer forming unit, an electron transport layer forming unit, a quantum dot active layer forming unit, an electron blocking layer forming unit, and an external electrode layer forming unit. The quantum dot active layer forming unit includes a pre-processing unit, a quantum dot coating unit, a post-processing unit, and a surface modification and cleaning unit, wherein the pre-processing unit allows an electron transport layer to be pre-processed, the quantum dot coating unit allows the electron transport layer to be coated or printed with quantum dots so as to form a quantum dot solution layer, the post-processing unit allows the quantum dot solution layer to be post-processed, and the surface modification and cleaning unit allows a surface of the quantum dot solution layer to be modified and cleaned to form a quantum dot active layer.</p> |
