摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a separation method of a compound using a simulated moving bed adsorption separation (SMB) process including a composition of three chromatography sections and three ports (a detaching agent inlet port, a separation target compound inlet port, and a product outlet port). The separation method divides a switching section into a former half portion and a latter half portion, and differentiates locations of the ports, thereby producing a product (extract or raffinate) during a time-based section with a few impurities. Accordingly, the present invention enables to use a smaller amount of an adsorbing agent than an existing four-zone simulated moving bed adsorption separation (four-zone SMB) process while enabling to gain a product with higher purity than the existing four-zone simulated moving bed adsorption separation (four-zone SMB) process and an existing three-zone simulated moving bed adsorption separation (three-zone SMB) process.</p>
