<p>The present invention provides a seat belt apparatus of a vehicle and a vehicle with the same to enable users to wear a belt in different ways by changing the structure of a seat belt support part and a vehicle body fixation part and to easily fasten and unfasten the belt under normal circumstances or in the event of an accident to protect an injured passenger. According to the present invention, the seat belt apparatus of a vehicle comprises: a belt made of a fabric material; a case to accept the belt while the belt is wound; a supporter to fixate the belt to the lateral top of a vehicle body; a male buckle fixated to the front end of the belt; and a fixated part fixated to the side of a seat or the central bottom of the vehicle body and having an armillary structure to allow the belt to be hung and fixated.</p> |
