<p>The present invention relates to a method for processing poultry using deep seawater, comprising the steps of (a) manufacturing a curing agent by mixing deep seawater with seasoning; and (b) putting the curing agent manufactured of the (a) step and poultry in a vacuum tumbler and aging the same in vacuum state, processed poultry by the method and processed poultry products using the poultry wherein the method for processing poultry using deep seawater is allowed to improve meat quality and taste of poultry and to increase preference.</p> |
