The present invention relates to a rod cover apparatus for a perm, and more specifically, to a rod cover apparatus for a perm which enables to accommodate a rod wound with hair in a cover body and heat the rod with steam so as to treat a perm. To this end, the present invention includes a cover body formed with an accommodation part therein in order to accommodate a rod wound with hair in the cover body, and at least one heating rod formed in a longitudinal direction of the cover body in the accommodation part of the cover body, wherein a cover is formed at one side of the cover body in order to block the accommodation part from the outside. More specifically, a cut-out part is cut in a predetermined width in a longitudinal direction such that hair is inserted thereto when the rod is accommodated in the accommodation part and is formed in one side surface of the cover body, and a moisture absorbent is arranged to be inserted to the heating rod and absorbs moisture to generate steam by heat generated from the heating rod and is installed in the accommodation part. In addition, a steam discharging hole and a stopper for opening and closing the steam discharging hole are installed in the cover to discharge steam which is fully filled in the accommodation part by heating of the heating rod. |
