<p>Adevice for processing of oil sludge coming from waste water treatment plants of oil waters and emulsions, mainly of waste waters coming from steelworks, cold roll mills, pressrooms, engineering plants and e.g. also from automobile factories. The device consists of a reservoir (1) with a heating unit, behind it is integrated the first filtration unit (2), then follows a sedimentation unit (3) and next is a centrifuging unit (6). Then is integrated an evaporating vacuum unit (4) and behind it is integrated the second filtration unit (5). The first filtration unit (2), the sedimentation unit (3), the centrifuging unit (6), the evaporation unit (4) and the second filtration unit (5) are reciprocally connected with the heating unit (7) for the following recuperation of unused heat in the reservoir (1).</p> |
