The present invention relates to a primer composition for loop-mediated isothermal amplification for determining sex of chickens by loop-mediated isothermal amplification including a primer set of sequence number 1 to 4 and a primer set and a primer set of sequence number 5 to 8, to a kit for determining sex of chickens including the primer composition, and to a method for determining sex of chickens by using the same. According to the present invention, genes can be amplified in a short time without expensive special equipment in a level of adult, fertilized egg, and cell of chickens, amplification can be visually checked, and the primer composition for loop-mediated isothermal amplification for determining sex of chickens can be applied in real time on the spot, so that the genetic source of chickens can be preserved safe, and the primer composition can be useful in determining an entity having wanted sex in chicken species in advance.
