<p>The present invention relates to a white phosphor composition with high color rendering properties to which a red phosphor with a wide half width and a cyan phosphor are applied in order to have high color rendering properties, and to a white light emitting diode comprising the white phosphor composition. More specifically, the white phosphor composition comprises a red phosphor represented by chemical formula 1; a cyan phosphor represented by chemical formula 2; and YAG-based yellow phosphor. A color rendering index of the present invention is more than or equal to 90, thereby having significantly high color rendering properties. The chemical formula 1 is (Sr_(1-x) Eu_x)_2Si_5TE_yN_((8+y)-z)O_(1/2*z), wherein TE is a Group III element, containing Al, Ga, or In, and 0<x<=0.5, 0<y<=1, and 0<=z<1 are satisfied. Here, when TE is two or more elements, y is the total sum of each element. The chemical formula 2 is Ba_(1-x)Eu_xSi_2O2N_2, wherein 0<x<=0.1 is satisfied.</p> |
