The present invention is to provide a storage bag capable of maintaining a specific shape in a state where small particles are stored, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the storage bag comprises: a first member having a storage space; a second member installed inside the storage space; and a bonding part wherein the first and second members are bonded to each other. The bonding part is extended from a first position to a second position along a longitudinal direction of the first member, but is cut at third positions between the first and second positions.
