The present invention relates to a combined structure of a far infrared ray transmitting window and a far infrared ray heater. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a combined structure which comprises a far infrared ray transmitting window made of a far infrared ray transmitting material and a heater for generating a far infrared ray, and a combined structure which comprises a far infrared ray transmitting widow and far infrared ray heater, inserted at a diamond carbon layer between the far infrared ray transmitting window and the far infrared ray heater to improve the durability of the far infrared ray transmitting window. The present invention for achieving the technical objective rates to a combined structure where a far infrared ray transmitting window is combined with a far infrared ray heater. It includes a surface heater as a far infrared ray heater; a far infrared ray transmitting window which radiates a far infrared ray emitted from the surface heater to the outside; and a surface heater electrode which heats the surface heater and drives it. The surface heater is directly formed on a side of the far infrared ray transmitting window. The surface heater is formed with a thick film or thin film.
