The present invention provides a patient-specific medical service system and a method thereof. The present invention comprises: a client which receives user symptom information; an application unit which collects the user symptom information from the client and transmits a deduced result to the client; and a deduction unit which receives the user symptom information from the application unit, performs deduction, and transmits the result to the application unit. Therefore, the patient-specific medical service system deduces a medical office corresponding to the user symptom and matches a medical center having the medical office to the user.
