Signaling-less dynamic call setup and teardown by utilizing observed session state information

A system and methodology that facilitates signaling-less call setup and teardown by employing observed Quality of Experience (QoE) and resource demands is provided. Moreover, the system provides an environment for supersonic treatment of observed QoE and Quality of Service (QoS) demands for mobile applications. Specifically, a monitoring component is employed to determine session state information associated with a traffic flow, which includes observed QoE and resource demand data. The session state information is stored in a shared memory location and can be analyzed to modify and/or create a network policy for the traffic flow. The network policy is applied to one or more traffic flows to minimize signaling exchanges between a communication network and a mobile station.

a memory to store instructions; and a processor coupled to the memory that facilitates execution of the instructions to perform operations, comprising:
receiving, from a user equipment, session state information associated with a data session between a network device of a packet-switched communication network and the user equipment, wherein the session state information comprises resource demand data indicative of a network resource that increases a value associated with quality of experience information that is determined by the user equipment,based on the session state information, updating a routing policy to facilitate delaying a first transmission of first notification data from a network server to the user equipment, wherein the first notification data is indicative of a first notification representing a first receipt of a first text message related to the user equipment, anddetermining aggregated notification data based on aggregating the first notification data with second notification data that is indicative of a second notification representing a second receipt of a second text message related to the user equipment, wherein the updating comprises updating the routing policy to facilitate, in response to determining that a delay criterion is satisfied, a second transmission of the aggregated notification data.
