a power unit; an electric motor activated by electric power from the power unit; a propelling transmission system for receiving drive power from the electric motor; a cabin configured for receiving a driver that rides inside the cabin; an air conditioner for adjusting air temperature in a interior of the cabin; a roof portion provided at a top portion of the cabin, the roof portion having a roof interior space defined between a lower bottom wall and an upper top wall, wherein the roof interior space comprises:
a cooling space defined by a unit housing case for housing a case power unit, an air-intake duct for supplying air from outside of the cabin to the unit housing case, and an air-discharge duct for feeding out air within the unit housing case to the outside of the cabin;a ventilation space for taking air from the outside of the cabin into the air conditioner when the air conditioner performs ventilation in the interior of the cabin; anda fan provided in the cooling space, the fan taking in air from the outside of the cabin and discharging air from the unit housing case to the outside of the cabin through the air-discharge duct.
