本发明提出一种中孔洞型碳材的制造方法，其含有以下步骤：混合碳水化合物（或热固型树酯）、矽酸钠、硝酸、及水，以配制成一混合物；对混合物进行一微波处理，使六方碳材成核于氧化矽模板表面上，以得到一碳/矽复合材料；加入氢氧化钠至碳/矽复合材料；对碳/矽复合材料进行另一微波处理；及加入氢氟酸至碳/矽复合材料，以去除碳/矽复合材料中的氧化矽模板，制得中孔洞型碳材。; irradiating the mixture with a microwave so that a hexagonal carbon is nucleated on the surface of a silicon oxide template to form a carbon/silicon complex; adding sodium hydroxide to the carbon/silicon complex; irradiating the carbon/silicon complex with another microwave; adding hydrofluoric acid to the carbon/silicon complex so that the silicon oxide template of the carbon/silicon complex is removed to obtain the mesoporous carbon material.
