The present invention provides a method for manufacturing fermented red ginseng with Ginsenoside F2 contents increased and fermented red ginseng extracts manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing the fermented red ginseng with the Ginsenoside F2 contents increased of the present invention can be easily applied to a mass production of the fermented red ginseng with the Ginsenoside F2 contents increased, and can be used as a pharmaceutical composition and a composition for health functional food through excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic activations by increasing the Ginsenoside F2 contents for extracts extracted by the method.
