Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for photographing an x-ray image. The method for photographing an x-ray image comprises a step of radiating an x-ray by using pixels corresponding to an x-ray radiation area set by considering an object on an array comprising a plurality of pixels. Therefore, x-ray exposure is minimized and diagnosis and treatment can be more accurately and easily performed at once.
