The purpose of the present invention is to provide an LED light control device which prevents damage of a switching IC from high current and high heat. Therefor an LED light control device is provided, comprising: an LED unit including LED; a power input unit in which an input power is inputted; a protection unit to prevent malfunction of a circuit from a serge power when the input power is a serge power; a rectifying unit to rectify the input power; a switching IC to switch movement of an LED from the LED unit according to the size of the input power; and an IC protection switch to protect the switching IC by blocking current inputted to the switching IC, in case excessive current is inputted to the switching IC and excessive heat occurs on the switching IC.
