<p>The present invention relates to a method for detecting a segregation rod in a thin steel sheet. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for detecting a segregation rod in a thin steel sheet, which comprises steps of: preparing a first tensile specimen and a second tensile specimen; forming a notch in the second tensile specimen; and determining whether a reduced rate ((TS.m - TS.n) / TS.m×100) of tensile strength (TS.n) of the second tensile specimen comparing to tensile strength (TS.m) of the first tensile specimen is included in a range of 25 to 40% after measuring tensile strength of the first tensile specimen and the second tensile specimen through performing a tensile test. According to the present invention, provided is a method for rapidly detecting a segregation rod with high reliability through a simple process and a tensile test of a thin steel sheet tensile specimen. Moreover, before forming and processing a thin steel sheet in a company client, the presence or not of a segregation rod can be detected in advance, thereby easily realizing quality control and reducing analysis cost.</p> |
