Disclosed are a terminal device for transmitting data to a receiving side using a multi communication interface and a communication controlling method thereof. The disclosed communication controlling method of the terminal device, which sequentially transmits a plurality of data packets to the receiving side in a fixed order by using the terminal device including first and second communication interfaces which perform communications depending on the different wireless communication techniques, comprises the steps of: (a) transmitting the data packet through the first communication interface; (b) determining the communication interface to transmit the later data packet among the first and second communication interfaces, based on a buffer size of the receiving side and a congestion window size of the first communication interface when the later data packets are transmitted to the first communication interface, after the data packet has been transmitted in the step (a); and (c) transmitting the later data packets to the determined communication interface.
