The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a dry type-color IC chip, and more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing a dry type-color IC chip, which manufactures the dry type-IC chip in such a manner that a deposition metal substance, which is previously set, is heated by injecting electric beams to be evaporated, so the evaporated deposition metal substance is deposited on a target IC chip for deposition. Also, the sequence of deposition and the deposition metal substance are equal, but only the amount of gas used for deposition is changed, so the color of deposition may be variously changed. Therefore, even though various colors may be achieved, a chip storing value may be maintained without any problem in the operation of the chip. |
