<p>According to one aspect of the disclosed present invention, provided are a test method for a sample and a microfluidic device, which can improve concentration distinction ability in a high concentration section of a target material without employing a separate step or a structure to dilute a sample. According to an embodiment of the disclosed present invention, the test method for a sample determines the concentration of chlorine ions contained in a sample, and comprises processes of: mixing a sample, a reagent wherein an optical characteristic is changed in accordance with the concentration of the chlorine ions contained in the sample, and a capturing material capturing a portion of the chlorine ions contained in the sample; measuring the optical characteristic; and determining the concentration of the chlorine ions contained in the sample from the measured optical characteristic.</p> |
