Disclosed are liquid carbonation using ready mixed concrete water and a manufacturing method of calcium carbonate thereof. The manufacturing method of calcium carbonate thereof comprises: a first step of manufacturing an amine aqueous solution (MEA); a second step of absorbing, by the MEA manufactured in the first step, carbon dioxide at room temperature and pressure; a third step of stirring the ready mixed concrete water to be divided into cleaned upper water and sludge, and eluting ionic calcium from the sludge; a fourth step of acquiring the upper cleaned water including the ionic calcium since the sludge is removed from the ready mixed concrete water; a fifth step of producing a sediment as the MEA, absorbing the carbon dioxide manufactured in the second step, and the upper cleaned water, acquired in the fourth step, are combined and reacted; and a sixth step of dehydrating and drying a mixed solution, which is combined with the MEA absorbing the carbon dioxide and the upper cleaned water in order to recover the sediment. Accordingly, the present invention enables to reuse the ready mixed concrete water which is categorized into construction waste, and to reduce the production the amount of the ready mixed concrete water to fix the carbon dioxide which is a main cause of global warming. The present invention also enables to reduce the density of the carbon dioxide by using the dioxide in the air, and to produce the calcium carbonate by using the ready mixed concrete water and the carbon dioxide. |
