A tactical data link processor system communication connected with at least one tactical data system is provided, comprising: an ontology repository which stores a transformation rule for the transformation between a common data format message and a tactic data link message for an individual format of the tactic data link message; a message converter which transforms the tactic data link message of an original format received from the outside, to a common data format message, or the common data format message received from the outside to a tactic data link message of a transformation target format, based on a transformation rule stored on the ontology repository; and a tactic data link processing system which transmits the common data format message transformed by the message converter to the tactic data system, or includes a network manager for transmitting the transformed data link message of the transformation target format to another node through a communications device.
