According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for providing a training scenario generated on the basis of a participant′s reaction is configured to comprise: database storing behavior stimulus sources required the prescribed behavior for a participant; a behavior stimuli source providing unit for providing the participant with at least one behavior stimuli source from the stored behavior stimuli source in the database; a sensor unit for sensing a behavior reaction of the participant with respect to the provided stimuli source; a reaction characteristic information generation unit for generating a standard information of reaction characteristics by analyzing the sensed behavior reaction of the participant; and a training scenario generation unit for generating a first training scenario formed at least one behavior stimuli source in the prescribed order on the basis of the generated standard information of the reaction characteristic.
