<p>The present invention relates to a precipitation estimation method using satellite data and radar data, and a compensation method of satellite-based precipitation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the precipitation estimation method using the satellite data and the radar data comprises the processes of: calculating the precipitation based on the satellite data with respect to a first area in which the calculation of the precipitation based on the radar data is possible and a second area in which the calculation of the precipitation based on the radar data is impossible; computing a ratio of the precipitation based on the satellite data of the second area with respect to the first area; calculating the precipitation based on the radar data with respect to the first area; and multiplying the ratio of the precipitation of the second area with respect to the first area by the precipitation based on the radar data with respect to the first area so as to estimate the precipitation of the second area.</p> |
