影像注册方法;IMAGE REGISTRATION METHOD

摘要

一种影像注册方法，用以影像注册多张影像，使其影像内容位于同一座标系统下。例如，有两张影像(一张定义为来源影像，一张定义为目标影像)，影像注册为将来源影像内容注册到目标影像之座标系统，使得两张影像内容可在同一座标系统下分析。本方法包含以下步骤：(a)对影像进行影像标准化并产生标准化影像；(b)使用色彩反卷积方法，从各标准化后之影像撷取至少二色彩反卷积影像；(c)从该至少二色彩反卷积影像中，撷取影像特征；(d)比较目标影像与来源影像之影像特征，产生一匹配之相对结构性特征结果；(e)使用匹配之结构性特征结果，进行以特征为基础的快速粗略的全域影像注册；以及(f)使用步骤c撷取之影像特征进行区域为基础之直接匹配方法，改善并优化区域注册结果。; (b) for color images, extracting at least two color de-convoluted images from each normalized image using color de-convolution; (c) extracting image pattern and features from at least one of the color de-convoluted images; (d) comparing the extracted image feature and pattern information between the target and source images to generate corresponding landmarks as a structural characteristic matching result; (e) using corresponding landmark features for coarse and fast global registration; in other words, conducting sparse approximation by feature-based registration; and (f) optimizing and refining local registration by area-based direct matching approach using the extracted image features from the color de-convoluted images of the target and source images.
