The present invention relates to a terminal for improving the electrical connection of a plurality of wires and a motor including the same. The terminal includes a combination part which is combined with a counterpart terminal, a wire connecting unit which physically connects the wires, and a wire compressing unit which is located between the combination part and the wire connecting unit and electrically connects the wires by being compressed with the wires. The wire compressing unit includes a plurality of wire receiving units to separately receive the wires to be firmly combined with the wires. An electrical combination is firmly formed by separately receiving the wires on the wire compressing unit.
