The present invention relates to a cover structure of a ceiling-recessed vaporizing humidifier which discharges humidified air and efficiently sucks indoor air by improving a structure of an outlet for humidified air and an inlet for indoor air of a cover for a ceiling-recessed vaporizing humidifier, and can easily be repaired without separating the cover from a main body in a case of a malfunction of a humidified air generating means installed in the main body. The cover structure of a ceiling-recessed vaporizing humidifier comprises: a main body (200) of the cover having an exterior shape similar to the shape of the main body of a humidifier; a combination part (210) formed on the exterior of the main body of the cover to be combined and fixated with the entrance of the main body of the humidifier; a sealing part (220) formed in the middle of the main body of the cover to traverse the main body of the cover; through-holes (230) formed on both sides of the sealing part to penetrate the main body of the cover in a longitudinal direction of the sealing part; cover moving holes (221) formed on both side surfaces inside a circumference part of the through-holes in a widthwise direction of the through-holes to slide the cover (250) forwards and backwards by a certain amount and induce rotation; a filter (240) installed in either or both sides of the through-holes to filter foreign materials; a cover (250) having a grill (251) formed thereon and installed in the circumference parts of the through-holes to be able to rotate; and a space (260) ensured between a fore-end of the cover and the main body of the cover.
