The present invention relates to an electric charge charging circuit. It includes a charge element which stores charges; a driving signal generation part which receives a driving signal and generates a first charge driving signal; a charge driving part which responds to the first charge driving signal from the driving signal generation part and charges the charge element; a turn-on detection part which detects whether the first charge driving signal reaches the turn-on threshold voltage of the charge driving part and outputs a turn-on detection signal; an output current detection part which outputs a detection value which detects the output current of the charge driving part for charging the charge element; and a comparison part which compares the detection value with a predetermined reference value and outputs the comparison result as a first control signal. The driving signal generation part responds to the turn-on detection signal and the first control signal, selectively generates the first charge driving signal, and outputs it. |
