<p>The automatic suction system for waste water (1) is central and has a number of fixed drains. It has displaceable suction pipes (4,8,9) connected to a drain of the fixed system. The system is connected to a central vacuum system (9,12,13) and the other drains are also connected to the vacuum system when the suction pipe is connected during a suction operation. Nevertheless, an odor connection to the drain is maintained available by mean sof a hydraulic siphon (10) after the suction operation. During a suction operation, an automatically removable closure device is removed from the drain and the suction pipe is hermetically connected to the drain. Detection and swith devices (14) on the drain automatically set the central vacuum system in operation, whilst correspondingly removable automatic connection devices connect the other drains automatically.</p> |
