DUST-ISOLATION TYPE CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR

The present invention relates to a dust-separation type cyclone dust collector. By primarily separating a dust having a relatively high density using centrifugation, secondarily separating a heavy dust using gravity, and thirdly separating a dust having low density using a dust collecting filter, the present invention enables to increase efficiency and economic feasibility of a process since a dust which has the value in use is separated to be reused. By having dusts, deposited in a lower portion of the dust collecting filter, fallen and collected by an air current produced by an inclined separation plate, the present invention enables to increase efficiency of collection and filtration by suppressing an occurrence of a bridge phenomenon in the lower portion of the dust collecting filter. The present invention comprises: a main body cylindrically formed with a cone shape in a lower portion, having a filtered gas outlet in an upper portion, and having a space inside; a separation plate installed in a middle portion of the internal space of the body, and separating the internal space of the body into a first dust collecting space and a second dust collecting space; a guide plate installed in an upper portion of the separation plate; an inlet pipe connected to one side of the first dust collecting space; a vertical transferring pipe connected to the guide plate by passing through the separation plate starting from the first dust collecting space; a first dust collecting tank connected to a first connecting pipe in a lower portion of the first dust collecting space; the dust collecting filter installed in an upper portion of the second dust collecting space; and a second dust collecting tank connected to a side of a lower portion of the second dust collecting space with a second connecting pipe.
