The purpose of the present invention is an antenna assembly capable of preventing the rotation of a hinge unit for a base and a terminal including the same. The present invention relates to the antenna assembly and a portable antenna including the same. An aspect of an embodiment of the antenna assembly by the present invention comprises; the base which slides inside and outside a casing of the portable terminal; an antenna rod which is inputted and outputted inside and outside the casing with the base; the hinge unit which connects the antenna rod to be rotary with respect to the base and is combined to the base to be able to move in a straight line; and a rotation limit unit which limits the rotation of the base and the hinge unit.
