The present invention relates to a preparation method of a temperature-dependent thickening polymer, comprising: covalently bonding a photoreactive compound to a temperature-responsive polymer so as to prepare a photoreactive/temperature-responsive polymer, and performing a photoreaction on the prepared polymer. A pluronic-pluronic conjugate solution prepared by the preparation method has an effect of gradually increasing viscosity as the temperature rises over a wide temperature range.
