A method for manufacturing an electrode assembly, in accordance with the present invention, comprises: a first step of manufacturing one type of a basic unit body having a structure in which an equal number of electrodes and separation films are alternately stacked, or two or more types of basic unit bodies having a structure in which an equal number of the electrodes and the separation films are alternately stacked; and a second step of manufacturing a unit body stacked portion by repeatedly stacking the one type of the basic unit bodies, or by stacking the two or more types of the unit bodies in accordance with a predetermined sequence. The ends of the separation films do not come into contact with the ends of adjacent separation films. In addition, one type of basic unit bodies has a four-layer structure in which a first electrode, a first separation film, a second electrode, and a second separation film are sequentially arranged, or a structure in which the four-layer structures are repeatedly arranged. Moreover, when the two or more types of the basic unit bodies are stacked, one of each at a time, in accordance with the predetermined sequence, the four-layer structure or a structure in which the four-layer structures are repeatedly stacked is formed. |
