<p>The present invention relates to a vulcanizing mold for manufacturing a tire, and more specifically, to a vulcanizing mold which is able to be opened and closed when a mold is closed in order to reduce rubber interlocking or rubber leakage which may be caused in a division part of the mold. The vulcanizing mold for manufacturing a tire has an upper sector mold (2a) and a lower section mold (2b) which mold a tread part (1a) of a green tire (1). Upper and lower side molds (3a, 3b) forming a side wall part (1b) of the green tire (1) are respectively fixed onto a top plate (4) and a bottom plate (5). An outer ring (8) connected to an upper segment (7a) of the upper sector mold (2a) comes in contact with an inclined lower segment (7b) of the lower sector mold (2b) when the mold is opened and closed. The upper segment (7a) includes: a guiding groove (11) where a closing induction operational shaft (10), operated along an inclination rail (9) in the lower segment (7b), is inserted and separated; and a resistor shaft (13) inserted into and separated from a mounting groove (12) of the lower segment (7b).</p> |
