Disclosed is a web browsing method on off-line based on HTML5. According to an aspect of the present invention, the web browsing method includes the steps of: storing page data, which constitute a web page and are received from an accessed web server, with a caching function of HTML5 by receiving some data of video contents linked to the web page; browsing the web page by using the page data when a mode is converted into an off-line mode due to disconnection of communication; and playing the video contents by using relevant data from some data while the off-line mode is maintained when a command for accessing the video contents linked to the web page is input. |
